• Oil return valve damage

• Improper installation of the return oil pipe

When replacing, cleaning and maintaining the air compressor, the return pipe is not inserted into the bottom of the oil (reference: it is better to be 1~2mm away from the arc center of the bottom of the oil), which leads to the separation of the oil can not return to the head in time, and the accumulated oil will run out with the compressed air.

Solution: stop the machine, after the relief pressure returns to zero, adjust the return oil pipe to a reasonable height (the return oil pipe is 1~2mm away from the bottom of the oil part, the inclined return oil pipe can be inserted into the bottom of the oil part.

• Large gas consumption, excessive load and low pressure use (or the oil processing capacity selected before the machine leaves the factory matches the exhaust volume of the machine too tightly) load and low pressure use refers to that when the user uses the air compressor, the exhaust pressure does not reach the rated working pressure of the air compressor itself, but it can basically meet the gas requirements of some enterprise users:

Solution: it is recommended to contact the manufacturer to replace an oil product that can match the low pressure.

• The return oil pipe is blocked

When the return oil pipe (including the one-way valve on the return oil pipe and the return oil filter) is blocked by foreign bodies, the oil condensed at the bottom of the oil after separation cannot return to the head, and the condensed oil drops are blown up by the air flow, and are taken away with the air after separation.These foreign bodies are usually caused by solid impurities that fall off during installation.

Solution: stop the machine, and remove all pipe fittings of the return oil pipe after the pressure of the oil barrel is relieved to zero, and blow out the blocked foreign body.When installing the built-in oil separator, pay attention to clean the oil and gas barrel cover, and pay attention to whether there are solid particles at the bottom of the oil separator core.
